Kelly, Irma R., 39, of Paterson died Monday. She was an interior decorator and a beautician. Surviving are a son, Maurice A. of Fort Devens, Mass.; a daughter, Monique A. Kelly of Paterson; her mother, Nora Feliciano of Añasco, PR; her father, Isaac Feliciano of Laajas, PR; 4 brothers, Henry, Isaac Jr., Johnny, and Ralph, all of Paterson; and 3 sisters, Norma Jackson and Wanda Feliciano, both of Paterson, and Rosa Marie Felicano of Añasco. Koch, Marie L., 91, of St. Petersburg, died Friday (Dec. 1, 2000) at Greenbrook Nursing Center. Born in Puerto Rico, she came here in 1975 from Dumont, NJ. She attended Cathedral of St. Jude the Apostle. She worked as a seamstress for 40 yrs. in a factory. She was a member of the Women Aglow Fellowship and Blessed Trinity Women's Club. Survivors include a son, Fred J. Wilmington, nc; a daughter, Katherine A. Moessinger, St. Petersburg; a brother, Hermino Fernandez, Dominican Republic; and 5 grandchildren.
