Born in Patillas, PR, he was a son of the late Eladio and Juana (Cruz) Ildefonso. He was a member of Holy Infancy Catholic Church, Bethlehem. A plumber for many yrs., he worked mostly in NY City before retiring 1977. Born in PR, he was a son of the late Ramon and Emelia (Rios) Irizarry.
