If you are a descendant of Juan E. Deliz Acevedo, this is your lucky day. He is the person on the following form and now, you can confirm that indeed he worked as an enumerator. And as a bonus, if you didn't have his signature, now you do.

We came across this form while reviewing the Hatillo microfilm. It is obvious that the form was completed for each census enumerator. What is unknown to us is when was the form completed. If it was completed by individuals applying for the census enumerator position as the form suggests or if it was completed after the person was hired.
